I always go to the shop at 21139 Bear Valley Rd. Apple Valley. They take great care of my Lincoln Town Car with 254,000 miles on it, and runs perfectly. Their detailed inspection of the car comes with videos and photos.”

“Such a great place. So thorough, detailed and helpful. He explained what's going on and all the steps needed to help fix the car. We're out of town so we were weary about going somewhere new but our worries quickly washed away because he was such a professional and so kind. I ended up coming back 3 times within a span of a dew days and each time he was so friendly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend.”
“These very nice guys have incredible customer service!! The car latch on my door randomly broke. While working on it, they helped get me and my children to the shop since I lived close. The wait for the part to arrive was on the dealership but they fixed my door in a timely manner when they got the part. Easy on the eyes too lol.”

“Took my truck in did not know what was wrong with it? All I knew that was overheating.
He literally fixed it for under 200. Could have charged over a 1000 Because I did not know what was wrong and could have taken me to the cleaners, but did not. That man is very honest. Very hard to come by these days. He should have charged me a little bit more.”
“After being charged for a diagnostic from another shop i was quoted a price close to $1,000 to fix my car. I went to KNR Automotive for a second opinion. After to just listening to me I was quoted a price under $300. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Then to my " amazement" they told me that they purchased one of the parts for $6,00 less than they expected and they actually reduced my bill by $6.00. Can you imagine a mechanic reducing your bill, well not in my lifetime. It is a small "full service" honest shop, but I promise looks are so deceiving. Do yourself a favor and give them a try you will not be disappointed.”
