“Our Class C RV truck portion has been cared for by Big Apple since we bought it in 2017 with no complaints. The company who cared for the motorhome section has gone out of business so we went to Big Apple for our Propane leak that appeared suddenly. They investigated and found two hoses that were leaking and replaced them. They kept the RV until they were 100 % sure the problem was solved. We are very pleased with their work and happy that they took on a job that might be outside their norm.”

We're out of town so we were weary about going somewhere new but our worries quickly washed away because he was such a professional and so kind. “After being charged for a diagnostic from another shop i was quoted a price close to $1,000 to fix my car. I went to KNR Automotive for a second opinion. After to just listening to me I was quoted a price under $300. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Then to my " amazement" they told me that they purchased one of the parts for $6,00 less than they expected and they actually reduced my bill by $6.00. Can you imagine a mechanic reducing your bill, well not in my lifetime. It is a small "full service" honest shop, but I promise looks are so deceiving. Do yourself a favor and give them a try you will not be disappointed.”
“These very nice guys have incredible customer service!! The car latch on my door randomly broke. While working on it, they helped get me and my children to the shop since I lived close. The wait for the part to arrive was on the dealership but they fixed my door in a timely manner when they got the part. Easy on the eyes too lol.”

“Hands down the best shop in the High Desert. Ishmeal & his crew don't mess around, everything is done the right way. Body is never just patched up & painted over they replaced the sheet metal on the Bed of my F-250 were i was struck & painted with 100% color match of my truck it was out flawless & better than before. They broke down everything in the damage area and replaced everything that was damaged even the internal damage. They replaced my differential that was also damaged but to the naked eye most people would not have caught that, so I'm grateful for there attention to detail. Also Miss Beautiful Jullie is also Great. She takes care of everything involving your insurance & third-party insurance so you don't have to. She's very nice, professional and always communicative to keep you in the loop. Thank you Mojave Body & Paint im very happy with my truck and will come back for any future needs.”
“Ive been buying parts from Jack and Mark II Enterprises since 2012, when I became the owner of a 1956 Mark II, needing a lot of work. Jack and his staff have always been really helpful with both NOS, reproduction, and even used parts from their inventory of parts cars. Prices seem lower than I'd expect for a small shop in a remote location adding as much value and convenience as they do on to brand gear and quality shop services. Great to see this place survive through trying times. Keep up the great work!”
“Marciano (sp?) and Luis are quality gentlemen with excellent service, amazing manners, gentle and very patient in explaining all services to customers. The experience and expertise served by these two has made me a permanent customer of this Jiffy Lube. I enjoyed Marciano's knowledge about the car service and his taking time to refer me to another store for Antifreeze AC work, which I will be visiting that store this week. All in all if Jiffy Lube could get ratings like restaurants they receive a huge A+ the owners of this store should be very proud and WORRY FREE that the gentlemen here are giving them a great reputation of quality, manners, excellence in customer service and mechanical work. These men deserve an increase or bonus in pay and in retirement for the future, including vacation time. We'll deserved and I'm hoping that managment/owners will honor them in that. Its rare these days to have employees with excellence in all ways, genuiness is a bonus to the company. People wish to have this.
