“It was the only place that had a size 49 that I was looking for. It was scheduled to ship, and Bobby was such a great man of going into detail of how it'll be packed and so on. I ended up driving there from Sacramento, and it's worth the drive because I got to meet some awesomeness team. I did spend a lot of money (wallet got more aero), but there were plenty of people coming in for small items (Less expensive), and they got the same treatment, which shows their character, they care about their customers. It's definitely a place I'll shop again. My only complaint is that I bought a new bike and I wish I had received a free water bottle with their logo to represent. Thanks, Bobby.”

“Just an extraordinary experience from start to finish. I saw a 2025 Levo Comp Alloy online for an amazing price, and since I live out of state I called to verify if it was legit. I got Trevor on the phone right away who walked me through the bike, proper sizing and confirmed that it was legit and they could ship quickly. Ava took over and was super communicative about shipping timelines and kept me in the loop to ensure the arrival date worked. Nate helped me understand the minor assembly upon arrival and they even packed tools like a torque wrench, shock pump, registration instructions and a welcome kit. The bike showed up in awesome shape and I’m loving it. These guys are a no brainer and I’d buy from them again and again, thanks!!!”

“Been coming here for years. Got a great fitting once. Today came in with some pretty disastrous road shoes which I’ve been treating like mountain bike shoes along with my old Kline. Talked about a $500 upgrade with shoes and pedals, but they got me fixed up for another six months with my old gear while I get ready for the next purchase. Very trustworthy and consultative. I came in for an inner tube for me son’s unicycle and spent a few minutes talking with Shawn about the various mountain bikes and what might be best for me and my budget / riding experience.He supported with 2 test rides (even set my son up for a bike even though he’s not in the market), answered all of my questions, hooked me up with a helmet of my choice, upgraded pedals and a starter kit for roadside repairs.The bike comes with a lifetime service package, and he even offered to coach me up on routine maintenance that I may not be privy to (been riding for years, but have been borrowing, so I have some things to learn).Highly recommend this shop!”
