“This CVS location has an excellent salesman and saleswoman. They proactively ask customers if they need help, demonstrating genuine care for everyone who enters the store. However, I wish this level of customer service was consistent across all CVS stores in the North Bay, especially the Greenbrae CVS. The salesman and saleswoman there seem to hide from customers, making it difficult for us to seek assistance. On the positive side, I highly recommend the CVS at Rio Del Mar location. I hope every CVS in the nation learns from this store’s commitment to customer hospitality. It truly matters.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
