It was hell trying to get my prescriptions transferred. So many rules and disqualification. I was frantic because I was out of two of my meds. There was little help, or compassion for my situation. CVS Aptos has some staff issues. Seemed everyone wanted to just “Pass the buck”.

Quick in and out or plenty of stuff to shop each aisle. Found what I wanted. Friendly, smiling employees. Nice change from so many stores.
