Everyone welcomes each other, supports each other during the workout and gives cheerful goodbyes. We have many charity events and everyone is excited to join together to help.Mental health benefits are huge. I have a shirt that reads, “I’m Nicer after Curves.” Although we laugh together about it, it has a direct impact on how I feel mentally happier and stronger for the rest of the day.I’ve been a member for a year now and I highly recommend Curves Aptos. Staff is always lovely and membership/drop in price is very reasonable.
