“Rocky is an absolutely amazing Physical Trainer. He does so much more than simply treating the symptoms of an injury. He digs in to find the imbalances and the structural issues of your body that led to the injury. He creates a real, long term cure. I came into see Rocky for an ankle injury, Peroneal Tendonitis. Rocky identified multiple imbalances and areas of limited flexibility that were the cause for the added stress on the Peroneal Tendon. He gave me a series of exercises that he thoroughly explained and had me perform. By the end of our session I already felt relief. I limped in and walked out free and easy, so much better. Rocky sent me home with the tools I needed to continue getting better. Before I left, he video recorded me performing the exercises while he was throughly explaining how to properly perform them. I highly recommend Rocky and his team for your long term health and fitness.”

The outdoor pool with lawn chairs to tan in is a dream, as is the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge! The remodeled locker room is gorgeous and the gym itself has everything you could possibly need, want, and then some.
