I went to this branch to take care our HOA account and Mr Duan (looks like a manager) was there to assist. The day after my mom went to US Bank in Arcadia to cash her Social Security Check. Eric Chu NMLS# 1728772 helped her with banking services and even educated us on Illinois ID laws that IL residents 65 yrs & over will not have an expiration date. He gave my mom his business card in case she runs into any future issues at US Banks, and he advised her to have them call him. Thank you, Eric for your patience with my mom! She's elder and her English is not so easy to understand, but you treated her like you would any other human being, with respect and kindness.”
