“This is my local 711 and I appreciate the friendly staff. Sometimes the ATM machine is not working so that can be annoying and sometimes there is a homeless person outside asking for money or just cracked out but you'll be fine if you're fast about getting in and out lol. The parking can also suck when it's busy but when it's not busy it's easy to park in the front.”

“The food selection here is really good. I really do enjoy their coffee selection. Lot of variety, a lot of deals too.
The customer service is great, especially the morning time.
Anytime I need something extra or need an additional item. They're always willing to help.
The only 7-Eleven that actually ask for my points.
The bathrooms selection is mildly clean. Does need improvement.
I see these people work hard all the time. They honestly need to get paid more.

“I first want to start off by thanking Richard ! He is very kind and efficient! He Helped me start my services with T Mobile and has shown true commitment and dedication for his role and representing T Mobile. You all at T Mobile should be very proud of having him on your team! I want to share that I visited the store on May 4 with complaints that will throw any one off the walls. Not only was my survey miss read and misunderstood I am here to clarify that my 0 rating was not for the store and it was not towards Richard. Richard and Eduard took the time to listen to me as the customer service representatives over the phone did not have any consideration for me and for what they did to my billing issue. Richard and Eduard helped me and yes a resolution was reached and I am beyond happy! I recommend anyone to speak to Richard you won’t be disappointed! Thank you all at Arcadia Mall for the help and most importantly I hope this review gets read by those who over see that store and importantly for Richard to be recognized at a scale of 10PLUS !!! Richard you’re 100 in my book! Thank you for your quality service and excellence!”
