“Jonathan is super knowledgeable and super patient. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and ensures you’re understanding it all. I had tons of questions and he never once got frustrated. He gives the same caring attention and time to each of his customers. Never once does he make you feel rushed. Jonathan helped me navigate my new iPhone, explained each step, new features, the new bill, absolutely everything, and made sure that I’d walk out happy without any setbacks or feeling confused with all the information. He’s very clear and transparent, and that’s important. Jonathan is very professional and really knows what he’s doing. Jonathan is a great asset to the company! I’ve been a Verizon customer for many many years and this has been the best experience ever, by far!”

“In summary: Richard Torres helps us setting up 3 lines efficiently and keeps us updated during system hiccups. We are lucky to meet Richard & T-mobile team is lucky to have him ! In detail: Our goal is to have 3 lines at the end. 1st line is already T-Mobile eSIM, 2nd line is Cricket nano SIM, 3rd line will be new nano SIM. There were random system hiccups during the process. Richard was able to identify issues, find alternate ways solving them and kept us updated during the process. Also thank you Manager Jessica for the extra help. Richard knows his way around to find the most efficient & best solution. We left the store happy & will continue to be !”

“This place is fantastic. What stayed with me was how edited everything felt, like someone actually thought about what belongs in a home instead of just filling shelves. I kept picking things up because the materials felt reassuring in the hand and the designs were familiar in a comforting way, especially that everyday Chinese home style that can be hard to find without it looking dated. Not flashy. Just useful things that seem made for regular life, and that came through right away. I left with that small satisfied feeling you get when a shop understands its lane and keeps it simple.”
