“We were renovating our family room and wanted to upgrade our TV and install a home theatre system. Larry and Ian were very knowledgable and suggested a great solution to install in-ceiling KEF surround speakers, which was exactly what we were looking for since we did not want stand-alone speakers. Larry also proactively suggested that we install wireless access points throughout our house in order to allow better signal and streaming throughout our house. Prior to these ports being installed, we had two wireless routers because the signal from each router do not reach certain parts of the house; this caused us to have to switch between wireless router depending on where we are in the house. Now we only have one wireless router and the streaming is seamless all throughout the house. They were very friendly and easy to work with from beginning to end and we've been happy with our systems thus far. Thanks Larry & Ian.”

I was immediately assisted by the Manager Victor who passed me off to Jazmine, who was amazing . This was a 3-way call with a tmobile rep who was confused about the process. “Jose at the returns/exchange department helped me out with my cat&jack baby clothes that no longer fit my toddler. As long as you have your receipt or used your target account for you purchases they are able to process your return. The transaction was smooth, efficient and straightforward. Please have this guy train others he was very nice :) and explained which return was going to where (I paid with a gift card for some stuff, red card on others and a debt on one item) this complicated-ish return went smooth with Jose's excellent communication skills and patience. “We went to port my parents new phone, and the sevice staff Javier helped us, the whole experience we had was smooth and friendly. My parents tranfered their service from other carrier which they weren't very happy with. So even the transfer experience from that Carrier which you can image not well. We had some hard time to get the information which it shouldn't have to be. Please looking for Jacari to assist, he is the best, with all the patience and enthusiasm!”
