“I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store! The store manager, Derrick, was incredibly helpful and patient. I had been trying to transfer my phone number to my new phone but, for some reason, the transfer just wouldn’t go through. Derrick took the time to figure out what was causing the issue and successfully got everything transferred and working for me. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. He made what had been a frustrating process so much easier. Thank you so much, Derrick! Highly recommend this location!”

“I have been a T-Mobile subscriber for over 5 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. I want to give a special shoutout to this particular branch in Hastings Ranch. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Kevin, who helped us get a hotspot for my work and a new line for my daughter. His service was excellent, and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this location!”

“This Target location doesn't have locked up detergent I'll tell you that 🤣 Its clean, organized, and they always have great deals at this specific location for some reason. It's a bit easier to navigate than the other Target in central pasadena since it's a single floor vs 2 floor. Parking is always abundant as well in this location and they have friendly employees there that always love to chat when checking out items. Positive experience overall 😁”

“We were renovating our family room and wanted to upgrade our TV and install a home theatre system. Larry and Ian were very knowledgable and suggested a great solution to install in-ceiling KEF surround speakers, which was exactly what we were looking for since we did not want stand-alone speakers. Larry also proactively suggested that we install wireless access points throughout our house in order to allow better signal and streaming throughout our house. Prior to these ports being installed, we had two wireless routers because the signal from each router do not reach certain parts of the house; this caused us to have to switch between wireless router depending on where we are in the house. Now we only have one wireless router and the streaming is seamless all throughout the house. They were very friendly and easy to work with from beginning to end and we've been happy with our systems thus far. Thanks Larry & Ian.”

“I ordered from USA to Germany. So it took 3-4 Weeks for the item to arrive. But nevertheless it arrived…The support answered within 2 hours.I would say that the reviews saying that it’s a scam are misleading. To be on the safe side, just order via Paypal. If the item won’t arrive you’ll get your money back easily.Greetings Johannes”

“Cool store, bigger variant of the Targets that have a second floor. Only complain I have is that when we were buying Pokemon cards, the lady at the desk said she was limiting us to two per household, but I'm pretty sure it was 2 per person.”

“This was originally a 1-Star Review. My experience started with incompetence and then transitioned to disinterest and crescendoed to arrogance. The ending is much better. After being told the wrong information again, about an hour later I received a message that the parts for my phone had come in. I went to the store and the woman who helped me was wonderful. My phone was fixed in two hours with no problems. The initial experience was rotten but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the last person. It worked out.”

“We normally go to a different 7 11 location but we're in Pasadena and needed a Big Gulp refill and 2 pepperoni pizzas for pi day. Bunny was the only worker and it was extremely busy, but he never fell behind making pizzas, cashiering, or serving the food. All with a very upbeat attitude.”

Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Ramon. We really appreciate you!”

“So you have two options. If you have an app. 711. Most likely you’re gonna get discount. And make sure you have a point you can use. Either you go in person. Make sure they will scan your points. But the whole thing I’m not gonna guarantee you is if you’re under age and buying energy drink like C4 , monster drink or cigarette you must be 21 years old above. That’s been law for a long time ago. Back in year 2020 .”
