I’ve noticed some negative reviews about the front office staff, but in my experience, they’ve always been courteous and helpful. It’s important to remember that they’re often juggling a high volume of patients, and despite that, they’ve always treated me with respect and professionalism.

“I was really impressed with my first visit at Dr. Chang's office. After having my vitals taken by the medical assistant, I was expecting maybe 10 minutes with the actual doctor like most medical offices. As soon as Dr. Chang came in, however, I was surprised at how thorough the consultation was. He was very personable, took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain his reasoning for anything he recommended me and listened to my input on how I wanted to proceed to meet my goals as well. I'm extremely happy I got everything I needed to do in one single visit.
