“The Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena is a solid, comfortable stay and a good option for the area.

Rooms are clean, quiet, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi Fi. The property feels safe and well run, and check in and check out were smooth. Staff interactions were friendly and professional throughout my stay.

The included breakfast is convenient and above average for a hotel in this category, and the common areas are kept tidy. Parking is easy, and the location works well if you are visiting Pasadena, Arcadia, or the surrounding area without wanting to stay directly in downtown LA.

The reason for four stars instead of five is mostly minor consistency items. Some areas could use light refreshing, and peak times can make breakfast or elevators feel a bit crowded.

Overall, this is a dependable, comfortable hotel that does what it promises. I would stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.”

“Came here recently because it was close to the hospital I was having surgery in. James at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer! He was so accommodating and just a genuine nice person. Cudos to him. Thank you James .”

“So many peacocks! It was a cheap room with some of the best staff I had dealt with. Had to switch rooms once due to an overpowering smoke smell. The process did not take long.”

“Can you park a car? If yes don't stay here, because these people cannot park to save a life. It was wild how many cars can't park.
Other than that we stayed 2 nights and each night in a different room and both room were completely out of conditioner. Only one elevator worked and you had to pay 16.50 for a Continental breakfast.
Also there is no bar or restaurant. 1st garden inn I've seen without one, even tho they have signs up as if they do. What they offer is a canned jack and coke for 12 dollars in the convenience area. And frozen burritos.”
