“In my area I have other options than Quest but always insist my doctor sends me to Quest. Getting an appointment online is easy and their website is user friendly. The check in via the machine is easy. With an appointment there is really no wait time. The phlebotomists are professional and curteous.”

“This Sub Lab--I had a very positive experience. All the staff greeted me and explained the entire process. People that keep complaining about this place but they keep coming back.
Management is to blame for this place to be understaffed and staff being over worked to the maximum. Staff is pushing to the limit like a machine and patients don't see this. The two female Phlebotomists are very experienced and one poke does the job. Before this place is even open there is usually a long line of people waiting.
They are receiving over 150 clients per day; a tall order, comparing to other Sun Lab locations.
This place is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - so please be considerate and come early and so that they can rest and refuel.”

“I don’t understand why some people gave this lab a bad rating. My experience was completely different. The check-in process was very easy, the staff was courteous and friendly, the facility was clean, and everyone was very professional. Just keep in mind that if you’re a walk-in, the wait time can be up to about an hour.”
“These guys are top notch. I have been here many times and they are often crowded, but they are able to remain so nice and patient despite being under the pressure of managing long lines.”

“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”
