“You find everything, a good assortment and quality, but not so much, you know that some things don't turn out that good... But that's what you expect when paying those prices...Although there are already prices for all $$$$, even things that you find cheaper elsewhere... you have to check carefully... Everything starts at $$1.51 plus tax and if you want a bag, it costs $10 cents.This store is definitely a salvation when you need something urgent and you don't want to order it online.”
“I have no idea why Kohl’s would have shopping carts that can’t go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.”

“I took my wife to this Marshalls location to look for her makeup stuff. The prices on women makeup are very reasonable but it's basically what they have at the store so you can't order ahead of time. I found parking easily and the store is a good size with a lot of other products too. The customer service was great and they had a lot of cashier so the line wasn't backed up.”

But when I bought a mini power bank, I thought that they were $5 like the sign said above the item rack, but when I purchased them they were $10, so just a quick reminder: just take a photo of the item on google camera so you can see the actual price! But overall, not a total letdown, the rest of the prices were totally legit! ??”
“I had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. “I went in tonight about a 1/2 hpur prior to closing with a question about my 30 year old Yakima cargo basket and how to attach it to my 2020 Kia Telluride crossbars. Aaron was extremely helpful in finding a way do accomplish it. He found older parts in a storage area (since the news attachments won’t work) and made sure they fit my crossbars. He was very nice and helpful. It was wonderful experience and amazing customer service. He was thinking outside the box to help. Thank you!”

“I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”
“I always receive the best service from Shean, Ekaterina, and Sofia at Macy’s! I’ve known Ekaterina and Sofia for a long time, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help me improve my style and feel more confident. Recently, I met Shean, and she was so kind, helpful, and professional. Together, they make shopping at this location a great experience every time. “The only thing that I don’t like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.”

“I love this store! I've been going there for about 5 years and I like that they have improved in their clearance section as far as organization goes.
I always find great stuff at awesome prices.
I prefer to shop in the morning than in the afternoons or weekends just because it's my thing. But at any time the atmosphere is great and the cashiers and floor clerks always make it a great shopping experience for me. I hope they continue their great customer service because it's the reason why I keep shopping their store. If that factor was missing, shopping online would be the solution, but that I personally profoundly dislike.
I like to be able to hold my items before I actually pay for them.
My favorite part is that they don't have self check outs!! Yay!! They actually hire people to do their customer service! Which is great!! I hope they continue this great tradition of people helping people.

“I liked this Ross. I bought myself a little black evening cocktail dress, decorated with sequins, and a beautiful white fluffy jacket. “We found many cute clothes and presents for the children in our families and even make up. So many fin things bit I wish they had restocked better after the holidays as many items were just bought out. No shoes in my size that looked good. I guess that's normal on the day after New Years. The sales lady was very nice and they had no bags to put our purchases so we went out and got some out of my car. All in all a good time at 8:45 pm. Lol. Glad they were open.”

I still prefer Tjmaxx, Zara, Nordstrom Rack and Macy's but Marshall has gotten much better. So l recommend it.

“My wife and I stopped by this Marshall store yesterday so I can look at some shorts. I wanted to see if this store will have some Nike store for a decent price but I didn't find any. It could be because there a Nike store nextdoor that I was already planning on visiting. There a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is located in.
This store is big inside and has a lot of stuff to choose from. There are staff throughout the store if you need any help. The store is nicely organized and I didn't see one piece of clothing on the floor when I was here. The dressing room is on the right side of the store. My wife was going to buy something but then saw the long line at checkout so she changed her mind. There no self checkout station here so just be aware that you might have to wait.”
