1224 Oak Cir, ArnoldAfter our hike at the Calaveras Big trees, we were looking for a place to eat and google recommended us this restaurant. The wait for just few minutes, the ambience was great and clean and restrooms were clean too. The portion sizes were reasonable but the price was simply exorbitant! A surcharge of 20% at a small town like Arnold seems not acceptable. Do check the prices before you order to avoid surprises. Few items were offered to us like being part of the entree but were actually not. The food was good though but not at Manhattan prices.

Bistro Espresso
1225 Oak Cir Drive, ArnoldGlad we stumbled upon this place. It's super cute and cozy. I love the fire place. They have several sugar free syrups to choose from which is unusual, many places only offer 1. My daughter got a hot chocolate and said it was great. The girl working was very pleasant and sweet. I would love to try their food sometime.
