“We used Affairs of the Heart Event Rentals for our wedding in May 2022 and were so impressed with the service. The team was kind, easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Everything was delivered and picked up seamlessly and the set up was super cute! I'd definitely recommend them for all your event rental needs.”

“Great place for cool nicknacks! They have huge range of cool gifts for loved ones. Definitely a unique store for this area. Tons of wonderful kitchen gifts with all sorts of beautiful patterns on them. The back of the store has hats, clothing, and more. It is a pleasure to shop here, and is a local favorite for sure.”

“Being a 33 year resident of the Central Coast I can remember when The Village was remembered for it's quaint Branch Street architecture, suspension bridge and annual festivals. A transformation occurred over the past several years and where it used to be primarily filled with antique shops and mom-and-pop style restaurants. Nearly nine years ago the Village welcomed Willis and Bennett Furniture and Decor for the Home and its owners Julie and Greg. After that the Village has become quite diverse with new restaurants and shops popping up all of the time. I would like to say that Willis and Bennett had a hand in showing folks a quality boutique could thrive! Located in a quaint storefront that extends all the way through and opens to an enclosed porch facing the Gazebo and Bridge, Julie and Greg hand select the gifts, furnishings and home accents from around the world. As a result you will find things like one-of-a-kind jewelry at affordable price points, glassware, sandals, monogrammed canvas bags, armoires, dining tables, love seats, benches and SO much more. When you visit, don't rush through. There are too many things to miss if you walk to quickly! This is one of my go-to stops for girlfriend birthday gifts that are distinctive and unlike anything I might find in SLO County. I can also, surprisingly, always find something for my mom -- even though her taste tends to the ultra-modern -- there are many pieces that can acclimate to any decor. At Christmas time the store is a treasure trove of beautiful decor items and ornaments that I like to leave out all year long they are so unique and exquisite! As previous reviewers have mentioned, this boutique is one that cannot be over-looked on a visit to anywhere in the Five Cities. And like I said, take your time! Every corner, every shelf, and all but a narrow path through the store are filled with items you just won't want to skip!”

“We shopped here before COVID and picked out beautiful bedroom and dining room furniture. The woman that helped us was so knowledgeable and did everything to make us happy. Today, we went back to buy 2 living room chairs and worked with Mae. What a pleasant salesperson to work with. She let us take our time to look at everything and answered all the questions we had. We ended up purchasing 2 beautiful chairs that will be delivered in 2 days. My only complaint would be the cost to deliver the chairs from AG to Paso. $119! That seems really steep to us. We still like the quality of furniture they have and as mentioned, Mae was a pleasure to work with.”
