“This place saved our vacation! We had just had a bad experience in Carpinteria at a Motel 6. Then, we were looking for another hotel to stay at in either Carpinteria, or Santa Barbara. There was either no vacancy, they didn’t have the accommodations we wanted, or it was way out of our price range. I just happened to contact this hotel, and they had the accommodations we wanted for the right price. It was beautiful! The receptionist (Helena) was extremely nice, very polite, and helpful. I also got to see Arroyo Grande. I’d heard so much about it, but had never been there. I am so glad that we stumbled upon this place.”

“It's nice but parking by ur room is limited, so it's best to go by to hotel early but overall the hotel was nice. They also offer free breakfast in morning”

“Hi all,

If you’re looking for a motel for a night or two, this place is just perfect! Cozy rooms, a comfortable bed, and a friendly staff make for a pleasant stay.

My highlight: The charming little brown roommates scurrying across the floor! My kids had a blast playing with them, and let’s be honest—who needs breakfast when nature provides a free protein snack? #SustainableLiving #GiveMeThatProtein

Your call!
Best wishes”

“Decent place to stay. Family friendly. Rooms were clean. Free parking (caution: entrance is very slim and narrow). Felt safe and better than any other INN. I crashed after a long drive from Phoenix so stayed only one night. Pismo beach was just 8mins drive and it was great experience visiting a drive thru beach with dunes.”

“Husband super picky on places to stay in, and this place surprised both of us. We liked it, clean, no bad smell, beds were comfy. My room looks totally different from what someone on the reviews posted. Rooms Must been updated. Really appreciated was the plush blankets that were given in the room. I hate blankets all hotels give and I usually take my own and what was funny that on this trip I totally forgot my own ? Also the front desk was not rude, every nice and welcoming. Just one thing I didn't like was my toddlers (2&1 year olds) being able to open the door even though we would lock it. Other than that we enjoyed our Stay and will be returning! Thank you!!”

“Had a great stay with family during my visit to Pismo. Staff were friendly - especially Lia at the front desk. She clicked a family pic for us. ?‍?‍?‍?

Pros: ✅
- Extremely courteous and friendly staff
- Free breakfast had many options and was well kept ??☕️?
- Rooms were nice and clean
- SPA/Jacuzzi was great and temperature controlled
- Great value for money ?
- Hot coffee available 24/7

Cons: ❌
- Is closer to the freeway and the noise ??is very much audible in the night. It can be reduced to an extent by turning on the ac/heater fan
- cz this hotel is slightly on the hill; 1st floor is two levels down from the ground floor ??‍♂️”
