“I love this company, so happy they have one here in SAN LUIS OBISPO since they closed they one in SF where I just moved from. I had a pair of Great New Balance Shoes that I returned after a week or so since the stitching was coming apart. Great shoes, never had this issue before. They took them back no problem and mailed me a replacement pair Super Fast!! The salesperson was very helpful, just an absolute dear…☺️”

“I gave 5 stars to this store because the employees were so helpful. There were shoes everywhere. You could tell they had just received a large shipment. They were working to stock shelves as fast as they could. But they stopped to assist customers . Very courteous, professional. Although they did not have my husbands size, I will be back. “First off been coming here for about 20 years. The prices are extremely good, especially when on sale. Today I purchased a boy shorts and a Tee shirt size 14 for $11, now how can you beat that. My girlfriend also got a cute outfit for a niece size 8 and some cute sunglasses. We were both happy with our selection. Lots to choose from especially for young children and babies. Only one employee in the store but she was helpful.”

“This place has so much to offer and the service is fantastic. No matter who's working they're always so helpful. I tried on a couple of things today unfortunately didn't work for me. But my girlfriend bought a couple of things off the sale rack so that was good. They have dresses and sweaters, flip-flops things for young children, purses, just about anything you could want. I've bought plenty of gifts and stuff for myself over the years.”
“Isaiah helped me today, took his time with me I got on the treadmill originally came for neutral shoes but from my running on treadmill he recommended stability shoes and went another round on treadmill that man was patient very well employee.”

“We had the most fantastic time at the store today, thanks to a great employee.
We did not catch her name but she was so helpful and lovely.
When we came in, we told her my husband's size and she showed us the section with the wide and extra wide shoes. She told us to let her know if we couldn't find his size and she would look in the back. It was no trouble. We thanked her, we started looking, and she disappeared.
We found one pair of shoes, then she appeared out of nowhere with another that she had pulled from the back. They ended up being just what he wanted. He would have gotten the same style he has worn for years but these were much nicer looking and so comfortable. Then we were looking at some others and talking to her, and she whipped another pair out of nowhere that was also his size and also just what he needed for a comfortable dressy but not formal shoe.
She was friendly and kind, and so helpful. It was like having a personal shoe shopper. She was efficient, too, the whole time we were talking she was organizing shoes and working so I was really surprised when she pulled that second pair of shoes out.
After that she went on break and we weren't able to thank her. She was a lovely young woman with long dark hair.
We were impressed with the wide selection, especially of W/XW shoes. The store was clean and there was lots to choose from.
Very happy with the three pairs of shoes we purchased today and thanks again. We will be back!”
“This store is great. They have a very good selection of high quality, fashionable clothing. My daughter bought a $400 Michael Kors leather bag for $100 which was then further discounted by another 70%. She walked out the door with it for $30 plus tax. I bought two pairs of high-quality, comfortable jeans by Tommy Bahama and Lucky for less than $150. I'll be going back for a leather jacket soon.”
