βRamses, one of the workers there went ABOVE AND BEYOND in fixing a serious clerical error made by the Covina O'Reilly's Auto Parts that would have invalidated my $250 battery, but he called his manager, printed out another receipt with a better bar code a brand new battery and they even let me use their dolly to take the battery across the street. A+ for this store and Ramses.β

βCame on and bought a group 24 deep cycle for a dump trailer. Went home and battery was dead. Employee said they were closing so bring it back tomorrow. Brought it back and still needed to be charged. No discount, no credit for wasting my time and labor when I run a business. Well this replacement one lasted 2 year and itβs bad. Called and no prorations and 1 year warranty. Corporate reached out and told me to bring the battery to George at SFS location. While the battery wasnβt replaced for free (didnβt expect it), he did provide a significant price reduction which was supposedly at cost. Lesson learned, only speak to George as he is the one who can fix issues. I appreciate the help and did raise the review due to the business making an effort.β

βThis store is amazing because of Kaileen. She was knowledgeable, personable and really helpful! I came in for a turn signal bulb. I had no clue how to get the bulb out of the socket so I thought that I would ask Kaileen, and I assumed she would suggest some videos on YouTube. However, much to my surprise, she said that she was happy to assist. We went out to my car and she told me it wasn't my turn signal that needed to be replaced it was my brake light bulb. So back in the store, got the right part, and she installed it. I'm so thankful and impressed. O'Reilly's you just got a customer for life!β

βI bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.β

βlike somewhere I actually felt taken care of for once, which is rare going to a parts store. I walked in needing a battery hold down for my car and the guy at the counter walked me back to the isle and even checked the computer to be sure it was the right part. they had what I needed in stock for a good price and I was in and out in like 5 mins max.
definately coming back there next time instead of the chain that is always way farther drive.β

βThis place is my go to place to get any car battery I need. I've gone a couple of times and the service is amazing. You are greeted with kindness and respect.
As someone who doesn't really know much about cars, I never feel dumb or stupid when being asked questions about my car.
My go to person is Abel, as he knows how to get the job done efficiently! I know I can rely on him to help me with all of my car issues. Even if it is not related to batteries, he refers me to who I need to work with.
That skill of good referrals is very important to me, as I am studying to become a therapist, and that skill is very important for customer service. Good referrals often bring back better clientele.β
βJust started buying batteries here. Customer service is great. If they can help you they will direct you to someone that can. Very helpful and honest. I was asking about batteries on cars and equipment and the gentleman that was helping me was very patient answered all my questions and got me the right batteries. This is definitely best place to buy a battery.β

βHonestly was surprised at how welcoming and generous this place is. After AutoZone told me they would charge me a good $180 for a battery for my honda fit, I went to liberty and they knocked off $20 but when I showed up they made it cheaper for $120 including the battery swap. Highly recommend them.β

βThe staff at O’Reilly should get 6 stars! They came to my rescue when I needed a code pulled from my Subie when the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The store also served as a cooling center while I sorted myself out and coordinated a tow truck to pick me up from the parking lot. The retail area is organized and spotless.β
