I had a great experience at 3H Cycling in Artesia, CA. They upgraded my road bike from an older groupset to a brand new Shimano Ultegra R8000, and everything was done in a timely manner and at a really fair price. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well taken care of, which I really appreciate.
What stood out the most was the family who owns the shop—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to talk with me and answer my questions without rushing me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their work.
