“I brought my bike to 3H Cycling in Artesia, and I am so glad I did. Mr. Hugo and his wife run an amazing local family business. They are warm, welcoming, and treat you like family from the moment you walk in.Even though I didn't have an appointment, Mr. Hugo had a free moment and offered to take a look at my bike right away. He fixed it on the spot with incredible skill and care. What stood out the most was his honesty. He pointed out a few things my bike genuinely needed, but he was never pushy or trying to force extra sales on me. He just gave great advice and let me decide. Mr. Hugo is a truly good man, and this shop has earned my business for life. Highly recommend them to anyone needing bike repairs or advice!”

“We've lived in Old Town Seal Beach since 2019 and Main Street Cyclery has yet to let us down! The crew's expert guidance and service is bar none. And shoutout to Paul! From quick fixes on my 3 y/o's starter bike to fielding my wife and I's countless questions, his knowledge, patience and friendly demeanor speaks volumes of Main Street Cyclery's level of customer service.”

“I had been wanting to buy an E-bike for a few years now, but I kept putting it off. I initially went to 562 E-Bikes and was very disappointed in the absolute horrible service they provided. However, that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because it led me to this place where the service was absolutely phenomenal. Daniel, the gentleman who assisted me, was so helpful and answered all of my questions (which I'm sure to him sounded ridiculous, since I am completely new to E bikes and had no idea what I was doing.) I ended up going with the Meelod Sport Plus and it is AWESOME! Also, these guys provide lifetime free maintenance. How amazing is that? So happy I found this place!”

“5 stars. Beautiful. My dad bought an SE basher bike for my little brother, and he loves it. I also don't understand why Christian has to be so negative, and say it is a shady buisness. He doesn't know what he's talking about. This place.has plenty of amazing bikes. Love it, will 100% come back when I can.👊👍”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Frank’s Bicycle! I came in looking for the right tire size, and Frank was incredibly helpful from the start. I ended up needing to return the tires—twice!—because they didn’t fit my bike, but each time he was super patient, understanding, and never made me feel like a hassle. He took the time to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. You don’t get that kind of customer service everywhere. Highly recommend this shop if you want friendly, honest, and knowledgeable help. Thanks again, Frank!”

“I recently visited Jax Bicycles and had David help me from the moment I walked in. I explained that I was looking for a bicycle primarily for commuting to work, and he immediately started showing me budget-friendly options that fit my needs. David never hesitated to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain the specifications of each bike. He even asked if I wanted to test ride one and personally rode alongside me to make sure the bike felt comfortable and was the right fit. Throughout the process, he asked about my cycling journey and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the best option. What stood out most was that he never once tried to upsell me. Instead, he focused on finding what worked best for me, which I really appreciated. He also informed me about a tube and tire protection offer that made sense for my commuting needs, so I decided to take advantage of it. The pricing was fair, and when I purchased accessories, he even offered to install them for me. David maintained a positive attitude the entire time, always smiling and providing friendly, professional service. This was one of the best bike-buying experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend David to any of my friends or anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you, David, and the Jax Bicycles team, for such a great experience.”

“Great family owned business. Customer service was excellent from the time they took my phone call, taking the time to talk to me & when I came in person. They were very knowledgeable & did not push to sell. I happily made my purchase with Tristan and shout out to the uncle who took my call the previous day. They have a customer in me going forward.”

“Purchased two RX and both are up and running. There were any a couple issues and they both may have to due with shipping via FedEx. One, the front disk brake rotor was bent and had to be replaced and the other I cannot get the back derailed dialed in. I’ve had a couple shops look at it and one said it was bent. I’m not sure about that but seeing how the boxes were so beat up I need to look further.Performance is incredible. I live in Golden Colorado and as you can imagine the selection of terrain is endless. I’ve been to the top of hills and mountains where I had no business being. Lesson learned.Im looking forward to getting things fixed and riding this coming season.”

“We've been through pretty much every bike there is. The P51 is a fantastic bike. The attention to detail and using quality parts are what set the bike apart. We had an issue pop up after purchase, which was our fault, but they took care of it anyway. Their customer service is outstanding.”
