“I called to ask if any appointment needed, the prices vs the services, etc. Jin-the owner was very friendly, helpful and willing to provide clear answers. The prices he offered on the phone and the time I come in are exactly the same. I chose the light for the front doors and dark for the rear. They do the job within 1.5-2hrs, I’m waiting here with a comfort camping chair with my Starbucks, watching they make my car protected from the sun of the coming summer. I chose $250 with lifetime warranty for any bubbles, color disappear/changing quickly, etc. I do trust in their over 30 years providing service. Definitely recommend this place. “I received a prompt response to my inquiry about replacing a mini van windshield with a very reasonable quote and a same day appt time! WOW! The two workers that arrived were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional, completing the replacement in approximately 45 minutes. Upon completion, the 2 workers cleaned the windshield and the interior and exterior window surround making it cleaner than when they arrived. I was initially a little hesitant about using a small company without a major branding but I would not hesitate to contact this company again! Thank-you for a job well done!”

“Picked up my car yesterday and so far so good. Came here after my car got broken into and window was shattered. They fixed the window in less than 24 hours, made sure the window replacement was of good manufacturer’s quality, and cleaned out all the glass in my car. The only thing I would improve about the experience is quicker communication and follow through from them - they would say they’d call me before certain times of day, but I had to call to get updates on whether my car was done or not. Other than that, the window replacement has been great so far and they had great customer service. Would definitely recommend and come back should I ever need another window repair!”

“Rear window on my Ram TRX was broken during an attempted theft. Originally got quoted 1-2 weeks to get a new window from others, called Beach Auto Glass and had it installed by that afternoon. The owner was very professional and courteous, and his pricing was very reasonable. He quoted me 1-2 hours for the install, it ended up being more challenging than expected, and he did not charge me one cent more despite taking a couple extra hours. He even worked late to ensure it got done same day so I could have my truck for work the next day, awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.”
