“Brought my car in here for a multitude of issues, but ultimately just got an oil change done for now. Oil change for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe was $100 including tax and fees.

The quote was fair for break pad replacements and he was straight forward with how long it would take and when my car would be ready. I would have said yes to the job right away, but I'm thinking of trading in my car for something new. But if I decide to keep my car, I will definitely bring it back to his shop.”

“I almost don’t want to leave this review because I selfishly want to keep this shop to myself 😂 but they genuinely deserve the recognition.

I first came here earlier this year when I was desperately trying to replace a front tire on my Lexus RC F Sport with a staggered setup — not exactly the easiest or cheapest tire situation. I called around to multiple shops and was getting hit with crazy quotes, but the moment I spoke to Ed on the phone, the energy already felt different.

Before anything else, he asked me what mattered most to me: brand names/performance or being cost-efficient. As someone rebuilding financially and trying to be smart with money, that immediately stood out to me because it showed he actually cared about helping me instead of just upselling me.

My first visit was with Ed when I replaced that one front tire, and right away he made me feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of. The second time I came back, Jose helped me replace my other three tires, and he was just as kind, honest, and welcoming. Now I’m back again for an oil change with Ed, and every experience I’ve had here has been consistently great.

No pressure, no upselling, no making me feel dumb for asking questions — just genuinely good people who care about doing honest work and helping their customers.

Even during a simple oil change, I had questions about my car and Ed took the time to calmly explain every detail and possibility to me. You can genuinely tell he’s not in this business just for money — he actually cares about doing good work and taking care of people.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to find mechanics you can fully trust nowadays, especially as a woman, but this shop gives me complete peace of mind every time I come here. Good people, good energy, honest work, fair pricing, and genuinely trustworthy service.

At this point, this is officially my mechanic shop from here on out. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommend Artesia Tire & Service.

My case was that I just did my maintenance with the dealership but I found out that the engine splash shield was left hanging and it was grinding the road. The mechanic fixed it in a few hours and charged only the parts, which was a few dollars.

But the following morning, I returned and Freddie was there. His presence and the memory of his honesty and kindness during my last visit there calmed me. I felt a sense of relief. I left the store determined to find a way to pay for the recommended service. Turns out these two young men Carlos and Freddie are truly angels. Carlos not only cared about my car, he cared about me. I was reminded of my son, who was also honest, respectful and genuinely cared about people.
These young men made me feel like family, like they really and truly had(have) my back.

“I go there for tire rotation and replacement. Their service and price are excellent. Isaac and Henry are very kind and responsive.One time, I had a nail on my tire. After they inspected the tire and told me the nail didn't penetrate the tire, no need to patch or fix it. They didn't charge any money.”

This place reminded me of the service stations next to the gas station in the 80s and 90s. Look at the pictures and you might see what I mean. Oil smell, cardboard on the floor to cover the grease, and it does not look like they are computerized…

I went there because the engine bottom cover fell off on one of our cars. We are new to the area, I drove around and nobody was willing to help with this simple job. Even though they were busy, they graciously took me in, and gave me a very reasonable quote.

I sat there for about 45-minutes, and I saw many regular customers coming in and out, smog checks, oil changes, something wrong with the car please help (just like me), I saw how they took care of everyone with sincerity and care. Assuring this lady they have test driven her car, there is nothing wrong with her car and there is no charge.

I feel they are honest, they do a good job, and charge a reasonable price. I think that’s pretty rare to find these days.”
