“I have been coming to this store for over 5 years. I love this paint!! It beats Sherwin Williams and Home Depot any day. Additionally, the customer service has increased for the better in the past year or so. I have remodeled a few houses and always have ton of questions due to strange paint jobs from previous owners. Their new sales guy Jorge is very patient and considerate with all my questions. I recommend this store highly.”

I just bought a Phillip head screw driver and a box cutter to install/my new California license plates.
They had a car battery charger i was interested in but didn't have the money.
I think keeping a car battery charger is a good backup to keep from calling AAA,or to help others..Ill check out their sales online,they have them quite frequently.”

“This is one of my favorite hardware stores, I went to find a correct paint match for a DYI home painting project, the person that helped me out was able to suggest and recommend which types of paints were better outdoors and indoors which helped me in finishing the job I had started, will be coming back for more recommendations and like the fact it is more of a local store and felt I got more personalized services vs the other national chains”

It’s not always easy to get good help when searching for specific parts, but Joe made the process quick and stress free. Definitely recommend this place if you need bolts, nuts, or hardware and want great service!”

“Huge shout out to this store that is traditionally a place you can get legit help. They're mellow when you're on site and will match up screws and threadings.
Today we had an issue and Glen, a staffer, was referred to us by other staff. He came to the phone and helped us troubleshoot our issue and even was willing to receive a photograph of what we were running into so he wasn't winging an answer.
This is nothing short of remarkable for folks typically BS answers rather than help neighbors and work with customers in good faith.

“Well, it has things at a very good price compared to Home Depot and well organized. There are some tools that are not good quality, but if they get you out of an emergency, for example, if I use a drill that costs less than 60 dollars and Home Depot costs 130 and I don't have money, it's a good option for me, I'm 60”

“Alright so this is my store and all, but this particular location has been almost entirely wiped out of hand cutting tools, the last few times I've stopped in, to replace or pick something up. It's ridiculous and fairly inconvenient considering the next closest location is actually, pretty, far away. But they make up for it in their below sea level pricing markdowns and unbeatable exchange policy. You my dawg harbor, u know Igot love for ya.”

“I got hooked up with an Occidental belt and pouches. I brought my gear into the store so that Edwin and I could fill in the gaps in my current tool belt. I ended up keeping my Klein 2.5” lineman’s pouch, an Atlas 46 hammer holder, and an Atlas 46 drill holster. Everything else, I swapped. I’m a large dude with intentions to lose weight, so buying a pricey leather belt online would’ve been riskier than making the drive out to see them in person.
There’s an armed guard outside the store, which was comforting. The staff was friendly, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to square away their kit. I live in North County San Diego, so thirty bucks worth of gas gave me peace of mind knowing I got to try on every piece of gear before buying it.
Keep in mind that only a portion of the store’s back wall is dedicated to tool bags; most of the space is devoted to selling all things Milwaukee, Makita, and Klein. The store itself is about the size of a CVS pharmacy, but every square foot oozes quality. The checkout area, usually reserved for bubble gum, featured a classy bucket filled with Makita bit holders and Milwaukee impact-rated sockets. It’s like a bourgeois gun store for screwdrivers.

“The staff are very nice and helpful Every time I come. I come in they ask if they can help you find something and are knowledgeable on the location of the items. The checkout is fast they will open another register if needed to move things along. And returns are smooth. I highly recommend this location probably one of the best I’ve been to of the many locations I’ve visit nationwide. I travel a lot for work doing construction so I’ve visited a lot of stores”
