“Absolutely wonderful customer service. We were assisted by a young man, Joseph I believe was his name, this past Saturday. He was kind, friendly and patient with my sister and I and her daughters. The girls know what they like and they were having trouble finding something, but he was able to help find shoes that fit their styles, all with a genuine smile. On top of all that, it was towards the end of the day and super hot, we are not used to 101 degree weather. Huge shoutout to him for making our shopping trip so easy, since this was a stop during our long drive from LA to SF. We really appreciated his help!”

“This place has a decent selection and it's not entirely cleaned out in comparison to famous footwear. Which is ridiculous because they're distribution center is across the street, and I'm pretty sure they're not going to be at the outlets very much longer with how little stock they have. Rack room shoes and comparison actually still has shoes, and has a decent selection of sizes and colors. It was almost impossible to find my toddler shoes anywhere near us, so we drove out to the outlets and hope of finding some. rack room shoes was the only place that had her size and although they were slightly more pricey than I wanted to pay, it was worth it to be able to leave with a pair of shoes that fit her correctly.”

“Highly recommend this Skechers Outlet. I buy all the time but I have to say the service provided by Rozanna today was above exceptional. I needed an Extra Wide Slip On and due to the limited stock she searched high and low to give me options. She asked many questions about my style and was able to find me several pairs that I really liked. Definitely best experience I have had at Skechers. “VANESSA DESERVES A RAISE! I was driving home from vacation, short on time and unable to turn car off due to battery problems. We were just trying to get home to prepare for school starting in two days on Monday. When my son tells me he has holes in his shoes and the elastic band popped off. I was frantic on where I was going to find a pair of 7.5, black, slip on, Nikes with arch support for running in two days. We searched online everywhere. Nothing. And started calling stores. I called several, and nobody was willing to help or cared. Until I called and spoke with Vanessa at the Nike Outlet in Tejon, CA. I explained my problem and she was so understanding and patient with me, she went back and forth on the phone and came back with several options in his size, requirements and my price range. I got there, ran in to pay and they were perfect!! She even walked me through how to add the Nike app for an additional 15% off. I was thrilled and so thankful for her patience and help. AND my son loves them and wears them everyday! She is DEFINITELY a keeper and deserves a raise. THANK YOU VANESSA!”

“My experience is based on my last recent visit 11/15/25. We walked in the store looking for some Nike shoes we’ve seen on website at a discounted price we just couldn’t refuse since I was wearing some annoying boots I was trying to change into something comfortable. Then this sweet boy named Daniel walked towards us and asked us if we needed any help, to which we replied yes and he proceeded to help us. So let me tell you were were being really cheap ahaha and asked him all kinds of annoying questions and sent him away to find different sizes for me and my husband, and this poor boy made our shopping experience so smooth and easy and always with a smile on his face!
