“AJ walked in the first thing I noticed was a smile and then I had an opportunity to approach him. He’s a great leader. He did only stop to say I don’t have it. He went to the backstock room and brought the last one out and because of AJ, I’m sure all your teeth his team members are the same service with a smile go above and beyond. I definitely will tell my friends and family to stop here to hone Adidas.”
“Flor was incredible. Seriously went above and beyond. I haven't received this kind of customer service all year so I figured the least I could do is leave a Google review shouting her out”
“VANESSA DESERVES A RAISE! I was driving home from vacation, short on time and unable to turn car off due to battery problems. We were just trying to get home to prepare for school starting in two days on Monday. When my son tells me he has holes in his shoes and the elastic band popped off. I was frantic on where I was going to find a pair of 7.5, black, slip on, Nikes with arch support for running in two days. We searched online everywhere. Nothing. And started calling stores. I called several, and nobody was willing to help or cared. Until I called and spoke with Vanessa at the Nike Outlet in Tejon, CA. I explained my problem and she was so understanding and patient with me, she went back and forth on the phone and came back with several options in his size, requirements and my price range. I got there, ran in to pay and they were perfect!! She even walked me through how to add the Nike app for an additional 15% off. I was thrilled and so thankful for her patience and help. AND my son loves them and wears them everyday! She is DEFINITELY a keeper and deserves a raise. THANK YOU VANESSA!”

“Favorite brand at a lower price than online! I love coming to these stores! It's cheaper than Nike, and you truly get better quality. Columbia is overlooked for the top two, Nike and UA.”
