“They do the absolute most for the homeless some of the staff is a bit questionable and unprofessional but look what they deal with. When it comes to a shelter they get a thumbs up when it comes to the assistant program it's a thumbs down not the people just the policies. When a person needs rental assistance but can't show proof of income and it's by no fault of their own they should not be turned away cuz that person just became homeless. Should be exceptions in some cases. You know broken bones, job termination, things out of one own control. Homelessness in some cases can be prevented and should not be ignored”
“I had a huge irrigation leak that I was not aware of as the system is turned off for winter. After a meter read the water company, Debbie, called me to let me know how much water I have been using. She gave me tools to check it myself, and let me know various things that I could do. I want to let them know that I really appreciate the phone call. Great customer service!”

“Love the care that they give the kitties here!! I am not able to have my own right now, but everytime I can I stop in and visit. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The kitties are able to roam around freely.”
