“What a cute festival! I love Morro Bay, and this festival was the perfect addition to visiting the Embarcadero. There were many food and drink vendors, as well as two stages with music and other fun entertainment. The local Rotary club organized the event and staffed it with friendly volunteers. A couple of local vendors presented their products, and Rite Aid was here to administer flu shots. What a great idea! The highlight for me was the Oyster eating contest, organized by Giovanni's Fish Market. You're given 60 seconds to eat as many of the massive oysters in front of you as you can. While I didn't win, I had a blast participating and will definitely try again next year. I loved the addition of the eco tent, where representatives from energy companies and solar organizations gave valuable tips on saving energy and utilizing our California sun power for your energy needs - very helpful! Wonderful local festival with many friendly people. Definitely come here when you get the chance. Minus one star for the $9 entrance fee.”
“I was in the chamber in Morro Bay a little over a month ago, I finally have the time to review them. A+, the staff was friendly, gave me directions to the rock and the beach and answered my questions about starting a new business here. They even pointed me to some realtors that had a list of open business locations for rent! I would highly recommend this Chamber and Visitor Center to anyone visiting or moving to Morro Bay. Thanks again Morro Bay Chamber you answered our questions and made it easier to navigate the business landscape of the town!! Your dinner recommendation was also very much appreciated! The city business office is also just a little over a block away where we had to get some other information. I have been to several chambers and this was one of the better ones with an actual physical location, with actual people to help!”

“They really do a great service. We've taken a few injured birds to them over the years, and they give them the best opportunity to recover.They are hard to find using most navigation systems though. You have to make an immediate right turn after you pass under the freeway after getting on Main Street, and head toward the PG&E smokestacks.”
