“Had an issue with my sewer hose for my trailer. The guy who sets up my trailer had called with the bad news, while traveling to the coast, so I stopped prior to ky destination, walked in immediately a young man asked me could he help me find anything!!!! I told him he was knowledgeable about the product and what they had in stock. In and out, great service, great help!!!!!”

“This is a review and suggestion to upper management to recognize and reward employees who demonstrate exemplary customer service , knowledge and a positive friendly demeanor at all times as representatives of Home Depot.Specifically Diane and Sydney! I frequent the store almost daily and I am always greeted by them with a smile and when on occasion I do need assistance they are on point. They have both been there I don't know how many years but long enough to get the "repetition burnout" I think everyone experiences at some point in their career,however I have never experienced that demeanor with them! Many of your long term employees exhibit the same character and should be recognized as well. As a former employee myself ( many years ago and far from Atascadero) I am impressed by their ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service.
