“Went in for a repair on a tire we just purchased last June. Hadn't purchased road hazard but was willing to pay the $25 or so to get it fixed. Was informed that after the repair that the sidewall had a bubble and the tire would need to be replaced as soon as possible. However, the service manager inspected the tire further and decided that this should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. I am so lucky that he did because I really could not afford $175+ right now for a new tire. We are making frequent 110 mile trips to LPCH and Stanford Hospital so this is a necessity for us to have tires in good shape. I am really lucky that the staff at this location took care of me the way they did today. It really means a lot to me and my family. Thank you so much to technician Justin W, service manager Juan Garcia, and everyone else who took care of me today.”

“I ordered a fiberglass hood for my truck that didn't fit properly. I brought it to Freeman on a Friday for him to look at. After looking at it, Freeman said bring it back Saturday morning. I did and he had the hood fitting on my truck in a few hours for a lot less than what I expected. I definitely recommend Freeman and Sons to anyone who needs some bodywork done.”

“They did a great job getting my RV back up and running. Broke down 80 miles from Merced. Got towed there over the weekend. Ford road side assistance could not find a shop anywhere that could do the repair quickly. Tom (service manager) said he could get us in. On Monday, when they opened, his team looked at the issue and ordered parts. The next day the warranty work was complete, and we were back on our way. Anyone with a Ford chassis motorhome needing service while on the road should call ahead and make an appointment here to get the work done. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.”

“Marvin, the owner, is extremely helpful. Even if he is working on another car, he mostly makes himself available to you if you drop by or call. He takes the time to explain the car' condition, doesn't pressure you to purchase, gives his honest recommendation, has a great labor rate, and puts more effort into the car than what he is charging for. I've used him a few times over the years and that has been my experience every time. On our most recent experience with our Toyota Camry, Marvin was able to pinpoint which 02 sensor needed to be replaced. He got rid of our P0420 issue in time for us to pass Smog. He saved us from having to buy a catalyic convertor or a new car. Thanks Marvin. Sorry it took so long for me to leave a review.”
