“ATI. Play help me with my dilemma. I haven't vintage 83 Toyota Corolla 4 speed. Could not find a clutch kit in any of the auto departments around my area. So I went online to search for a clutch repair place. Here in Merced California. Read some of the comments that were made. And decided to go and see what they had for me. I was so relieved when the gentleman behind the counter said that he has what I need. So I purchased the kit, and had it installed. Get fit perfect and I'm so glad. “I want to shoutout Zachary for taking great care of me today. Test my batteries (main & aux) found the main to be bad. So I purchased a replacement & he worked really hard to uninstall the old & reinstall the new one. You may think that is typical & it very well maybe. (They are great people), but today was the hottest day of the year so far & it was nearly the hottest point in the afternoon. It was a very complicated process & he did it all with a smile & personable demeanor. The temperature outside was 107 degrees. He work until he beyond time for him to go home for they day. He was relieved by the awesome store manager so that he could head home just in time. Thank Zachary & the employees at this Merced location. You guys are awesome people. “I had the best experience at O’Reilly’s with a kid named Angel that worked there. I was trying to get my oil changed, but there was a piece broken so I pulled up to O’Reilly’s when I realized my seven month old teething, baby finally fallen asleep so I called O’Reilly’s, and Angel answered. I was explaining the problem to him, but in girl terms lol I told him I was outside and he came out and looked underneath The hood of my van to figure out the issue. I decided the part was not worth replacing after he brought me a price when I can just have someone else do the oil change. He brought me the price for all the stuff to get an oil change. (He’s bringing receipts out with all the items and the total printed for me to see) After seeing the price of everything for the oil change, I decided yes I wanted to do that. But I really did not want to wake up my seven month old to go in there for 10 seconds. So I asked him if he could take my card and just run inside and pay for it and bring me out the stuff. After getting a manager permission, he took my card paid for the stuff and bought me everything back. And I did not have to wake up my teething, baby lol this was amazing experience. He went out of his way to help make everything easier when he didn’t have to. I’ve always went to AutoZone. But after seeing how this kid went out of his way, I will definitely be returning to O’Reillys.”

“I drove to Razzari on July 5th to purchase a 2018 Chevy Volt. The buying experience was fine - Myles was very friendly and helpful. On July 20th, however, I had to get a jump at the airport because the 12-V starter battery was dead. Upon driving home, it was still dead - it hadn't charged at all during the drive. After measuring a voltage of 4.5V, I called Razzari and learned "oh yeah, we had to jump the battery just before showing you the vehicle." I took the vehicle into a dealership and they said the battery was bad. As the issue was clearly present at the time of the purchase, I would have thought it would be a no-brainer and that Razzari would have reimbursed me for the cost of the battery. But instead they said it is a used car and there is no warranty with the purchase. Very poor customer service to sell a car with a known issue and not make it right when the problem shows its head within 2 weeks of purchase!!!Update: David took care of the issue. So overall pleased with the outcome and the vehicle. Price was good!”

“They did a great job getting my RV back up and running. Broke down 80 miles from Merced. Got towed there over the weekend. Ford road side assistance could not find a shop anywhere that could do the repair quickly. Tom (service manager) said he could get us in. On Monday, when they opened, his team looked at the issue and ordered parts. The next day the warranty work was complete, and we were back on our way. Anyone with a Ford chassis motorhome needing service while on the road should call ahead and make an appointment here to get the work done. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.”
