“Amazing isn’t even a good enough word to describe turttle’s! Not only are they affordable and reasonable with their prices but they go above and beyond while providing their services. They provide in store service but also provide mobile, saving me the hassle of trying to line them up with my schedule. They made sure everything was done super quickly (like SUPER quickly). Communicating wasn’t difficult with them either which is such a refresher after dealing with other places that are hard to get ahold of! On top of that, my freshly repaired glass chipped two days after I got it done. They came out and fixed the chip the next day!!! “We cannot say enough about Holt's Collision in Auburn, CA. Without a cause the paint on our Lexus bumper started to shear off. I stopped in at Holt's and Shelly took all of the time needed to access the car's paint and thoroughly explained our situation. It ended up as something I had never heard of or knew could happen. We have a rule of getting a minimum of three estimates when hiring a company for a service. Holt's got our business due to Shelly's attention to detail in assessing a job and stellar service to a potential customer. They scheduled our job in a timely manner, and we received regular updates personally from Carl, the owner, throughout the time they were working on our car. You do not see that kind of personalized service from a business owner in today's business climate. To add, we picked up the car completed from their painter Mike. He stayed after work hours to accommodate our schedule and took the time to explain the paint situation and what they did to fix it, with minimal cost and time to us. His skill and brilliant talent in car painting were obvious. Thank you to Carl, Shelly, Mike, and the rest of the staff for a beautiful new bumper paint job. -Theresa and Jeff”
