“I bought a pedal monster and idash from Banks. I never installed it because I was worried about voiding my warranty. I know just remove it before you go to the dealer. I didn’t want to bother with doing that. I called Banks to return the product and they helped me out (after 2.5 hours) on hold and waived the restocking fee and sent me a prepaid ups label. Yeah the wait was long but they took care of me in the end. Solid company and I’ll definitely be back when I get over my warranty fear. Wish more companies operated like Banks.”

“I called and spoke to Aaron told him I was looking for a window regulator for my Kenworth T6 80. He did some research, he said they had it so I went the next morning to pick it up. It ended up not being the right part for my specific truck but I wasn’t surprised because I had been having a very hard time finding it anywhere other than the Kenworth dealership. However, what made me leave this review was that Aaron didn’t just say sorry about that and send me on my way, he did some research and made a few phone calls to see if he could find it. Unfortunately, my only option was buying it from the dealership but the fact that Aaron went above and beyond to help me was very much appreciated! Everyone at the store was nice but thank you Aaron for going those extra few steps!!”

“if you're ready to put in the effort, this rehab center in azusa can be the lifeline you need. i traveled quite a distance to get here and the support staff, including jonathan, eddie, axel, and the new guy were all stellar. they made opening up about my addiction so much easier. the counselors i had sessions with were fantastic, i learned something valuable from each one of them. shout outs to the kitchen team and housekeeping, always there with a high five. the maintenance guys were awesome, taking us on weekly fishing trips. the transition from this facility to my next phase in recovery was made so smooth by the staff. i felt at home from the moment i walked in. being in rehab isn't about the amenities, though they have plenty. it's about getting sober and working on yourself. some of these reviews make me laugh, it's not about getting what you want when you want it, that mindset didn't help during my struggle with substance abuse. this place saved my life, and i'm grateful for the opportunity to return as an alumni and show them my progress. quit complaining and get to work! looking forward to alumni events. the equine therapy is excellent, and i miss the therapy dog. the trainer was fantastic. sober fun night was a blast! i'll miss everyone but i'll carry the lessons i learned here for life. the nursing staff was top notch, especially one particular nurse whose care for patients was unmatched. to everyone, love always all ways. thank you for saving my life. can't wait for fun with the alumni!”
