“DG Collision was recommended to me by my mechanic. My mom's Lexus had a front fender and side mirror that needed to be replaced. DG was so efficient in this process.... I was amazed. They completed an estimate in 15 minutes and I paid for and ordered the needed parts. They called are a few days later to come in to color match the parts so my mom wouldn't have to leave her car there for several days. The color match was done in 10 minutes. Two days later the parts were painted and ready for install. We dropped her car off in the morning and it was done later that day. Just one day without a car for bodywork is unheard of. I plan to bring my car in next month for some body repairs. Highly recommend this spot.”

Issue: Scratches and Dents
First of all, they have provided me updates from messaging, calling, and from a link that you can access so you can see the itemized amount and the progress of the repair.
Secondly, they were able to finish the repairs a day before the expected date - which is much appreciated. They also made sure to call me to let me know about it.
Thirdly, upon picking up the car, not only they had fixed the damage that was talked about and the car looking like new, they also kindly cleaned both the interior and exterior of the vehicle - and they didn't even have to do that.
The receptionist and the person whom handled our case, BOTH women were excellent. They handled everything, the insurance and claim, making sure we get picked up by the rental at the place itself (instead of us having to go there by just ourselves), the communication, giving us the original receipts, and us being in and out of the place in no time - everything is amazing.”
“My Volvo parked in a parking lot got scratched and bended where the front bumper meets the fender. Brought to SOS for an estimate and was well treated by the staffs. “Hon saved me from a troubling spot. I had some front end damage after rear-ending a car. My question was, do I let insurance cover it or no? Seems like a d*** question now, but the adjuster was talking about declaring it a total loss. I wandered into Hon's shop on recommendation. Hon patiently talked me off the ledge and encouraged me to file the claim. I'm glad he did. He took special car of my car and allowed the inspector to come to his shop and look it over. Hon treated my car like it was his own and even threw in some nice pin stripes on the side of the car. Also, he fixed my damaged headlight that had been giving me trouble for a good while. Hon's professionalism yet easy manner saved the day!!!! And I have a nice looking Prius again!”

“I was referred to this body shop by the guys over at CK Mercedes and Valley Mercedes in Covina. The shop is a very small family run business which I liked, you don't see that too often now and days. The owner Hector is a retired Mercedes Benz tech and operates with his son(whom I didn't meet) and his nephew, Anthony. He gave me a reasonable estimate for paint work with a warranty of 5 years. He was very assuring and confident which was nice. I provided the fender and front bumper cover and they did the rest. There was a small issue with my right foglight I was told the wiring was no good and would need a new foglight for $50. I went back to get the wiring harness as it was removed and with a little electrical tape the light was back in working order no issues. I must admit $50 replacement for a used MBZ foglight is a great deal but I opted to pass and do the repair myself and keep the original equipment. The reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because the owner, Hector can become easily annoyed and agitated which is off putting. Anthony on the other hand is excellent and cool headed he even touched up my rear bumper when I asked him to which was very nice. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work and would return or recommend them to a friend.”

He helped me remove a non-factory alarm system so my car would stop honking when I locked it and unlocked it and it worked. He also helped me get better speakers in my car because my factory Honda speakers were not that great quality. Overall, I was pretty happy with the service and I look forward to potentially doing some more upgrades to my car in the future here. Worth every penny because the job was done correctly.”
