“I contacted epicautoteks to purchase a transmission due to multiple mechanics rebuilding/fixing my transmission, We received a quote for a used transmission with installation for a great price, we worked with Carlos and he suggested that they take a look at the transmission to make sure we actually needed to purchase a transmission which they did and the only issue our transmission had was a valve body issue/electrical connectors which was repaired for a fraction of the cost of our original cost(No need to purchase a transmission). Previously i recommended one of my buddies for a used engine back in 2019 and my buddy has been very happy with the engine/service. Great customer service and very honest. I will be using them to get my personal car transmission replaced in a few months.”

“I went to buy a 1936 Grill Guard told Mike I've also been looking for a 1937 emblem for my grill, but couldn't find it without paying super top dollar. Out of stock everywhere. Mike was outstanding, he went to the back and searched, low and behold, he had a brand new one and pulled it out and sold it to me. Never been to this shop before, but they now have a dedicated and loyal customer for this.

“I recently discovered 3 large size rust spots on the top surface of my Nerf boards. The boards were dealer installed 2 years ago. I contacted Westin's customer service department and spoke with Peter Garcia their service manager. After submitting photos and a description of the problem they were kind enough to send me a complete set of new boards under the terms of their warranty.
They certainly went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. This is the second time that they stepped up to help me with a problem. 6 years ago they sent me new step pads to replace cracked ones on my last truck. Westin is a wonderful company to deal with. They are very cooperative and fair with their customers. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. They are the best!
