“I recently discovered 3 large size rust spots on the top surface of my Nerf boards. The boards were dealer installed 2 years ago. I contacted Westin's customer service department and spoke with Peter Garcia their service manager. After submitting photos and a description of the problem they were kind enough to send me a complete set of new boards under the terms of their warranty.
They certainly went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. This is the second time that they stepped up to help me with a problem. 6 years ago they sent me new step pads to replace cracked ones on my last truck. Westin is a wonderful company to deal with. They are very cooperative and fair with their customers. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. They are the best!

The techs Gerardo & Antonio very professional & tested everything involved & verified their findings with their techs & shared the findings with me & answered all my questions.
