“Dear Art,

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding support, professionalism, and kindness you showed me during the very difficult time following the total loss of my Tesla Model 3.

From the very beginning, you and your team at SGV Body Shop were extremely caring, patient, and helpful. Dealing with a serious accident and the insurance process can be overwhelming, but your guidance made the entire situation far more manageable and less stressful.

I especially appreciate the time and effort you personally took to help coordinate and communicate with Tesla Insurance. Your experience, responsiveness, and willingness to advocate on my behalf gave me confidence during a very frustrating process. It was clear that you genuinely cared about helping your customers rather than simply handling a transaction.

Although my vehicle was ultimately declared a total loss, I will always remember the professionalism and compassion you demonstrated throughout the process. Excellent customer service like yours is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

Please extend my thanks to your entire staff as well. I would gladly recommend your shop to anyone in need of honest and dependable auto body repair services.

With sincere appreciation,

Kumar Jata”
