“Just took a tire and rim to them because some homeless person slashed my tire. They found the gash and fixed the tire then they found another issue. The rim was bent. “I called and spoke to Aaron told him I was looking for a window regulator for my Kenworth T6 80. He did some research, he said they had it so I went the next morning to pick it up. It ended up not being the right part for my specific truck but I wasn’t surprised because I had been having a very hard time finding it anywhere other than the Kenworth dealership. However, what made me leave this review was that Aaron didn’t just say sorry about that and send me on my way, he did some research and made a few phone calls to see if he could find it. Unfortunately, my only option was buying it from the dealership but the fact that Aaron went above and beyond to help me was very much appreciated! Everyone at the store was nice but thank you Aaron for going those extra few steps!!”
