Who is the manager at this place. It’s horrible half the people don’t know what they are doing and think treating customers horribly is okay. Go to Fastrip you will get way better service

The 12916 Rosedale Hwy Bakersfield, CA 93314 location. Is not honoring the BYOC Slurpee Day Promo. He said we would charged $6 to fill our cups. We literally have the same cup posted on your website. We went to another location with no problem. It fit in the opening of the cutout at the other location and we had no problems. But you may want to reach out to the owner of this location one to clarify about the promo. Thanks

shady people behind the counter will not come back they will cheat you any way they can. Scratchers I received were folded up and partially scratched didn't notice until I got home won't be back here hopefully someone sees this and doesn't make the same mistake

The employee came out and told me I had to leave if I was not got to come in to there 7-Eleven I had to leave there parking lot and needed to buy something or they where going to call the police on me and my son

Ordered from DoorDash from here and when I tasted my drink that I had ordered it wasn't even Sprite. It was pure water and I drove to the store to tell him about it and he said oh we're out all rude. This guy who works in the night shift really unprofessional.

Went in for some blue Powerade from the fountain machine last night. Got home and the Powerade tasted like blueberry slurpee. Got a blue tongue from it so it definitely wasn’t Powerade. Very shady!

I try not to stop here unless the other two gas stations across the street are swamped. Its baffling to me that the owner isn't friendly. How many years do you have to see my face in and out your doors before you smile and say hello. I don't know if it's just to woman or what but the owner is very rude and doesn't value or appreciate your business. I can't be the only one to think he is rude. *update, after reading some of these reviews. How in the world is this dude still in business? I am NOT the only one who thinks he is rude. Nor am I the only one who sees his butt on the phone non stop. I'm done. I refuse to go back. I hope more follow. He has had my business for over 15 years now. From child to adult. Buying gum to buying gas. Enough of his rude self absorbed self!

I have gotten diesel here several times. Only once was I able to get a receipt. I let the employees inside Know each time that this is necessary to fix. Receipts are our right to have. And not ALWAYS to go inside. It is just a marketing ploy that puts ppl out and even late at night that is NOT OKAY. I am doing NO MORE business with this 7-11 They're getting away with it and it isn't okay by any means.

I came in right now and ordered 30 pizzas and guy told me no that 5 was most he can do. I don't see it posted anywhere that there is a max of 5. Guess I'll go to little Caesar's.
