Forgot my phone at the ATM and they let a guy that don't even work in the store take my phone and won't give it back and they know he has it

I have used the delivery app and rather they do not deliver and cancel my order. Today they did not deliver my entire order out of 12 items I received 1. Who is the manager at this place. It’s horrible half the people don’t know what they are doing and think treating customers horribly is okay. Go to Fastrip you will get way better service
