“They began repairs almost immediately after paperwork was signed. They kept continuous communication about my cars status (i.e break down, repairs, paint shop) through a link, and text messages. When they called me and left voicemails they left detailed messages about my information and what they were calling about making the return call easy to navigate. They gave me a prompt date for my car return and actually finished before the time line. They also accommodated me by coming to my house when they needed my spare keys for reprogramming and dropped my vehicle off at home for me! They also did a pretty thorough cleaning which I'm happy about because there was glass everywhere. The repairs look wonderful and my car looks just as it use to. Overall, it's one of the better experiences I've had with a repair shop.”

Let me be perfectly clear: I did not walk into a tire shop. I walked into a sanctuary of kindness, rubber, and miracles. This place doesn’t just fix tires — they fix souls.
From the moment I rolled (literally) into the lot with a tire flatter than my last relationship, I was greeted like royalty. Not just a “hi,” not just a “how can we help?” — no, no. I got a warm smile, a bottle of cold water, and a level of compassion that felt like I had just been adopted into a family I didn’t know I needed.
The staff didn’t just look at my car. They listened to it. One of them even crouched beside it like a horse whisperer, gently patting the fender and saying, “We’ll take good care of you, buddy.” I’m not saying the car smiled — but if it could’ve, it would’ve cried tears of joy.
They replaced my tire like it was heart surgery. They explained every detail to me like I was their favorite cousin who had just come home from college. They didn’t upsell, guilt-trip, or rush me. In fact, I’m convinced they would’ve paid me to make sure I left happy.
And when I tried to tip them? They REFUSED. One of them literally said, “We’re just glad you’re safe.” I almost cried. I did cry. And I’m not even ashamed.

“We had an accident on the eve of Christmas 2025 and had our Model Y dropped to this location.
We had a really terrible experience with our insurance company but the only saving grace in the whole process before our car was deemed total in early Feb was Caliber Collision.
No words for Marvin who was truly was patient and communicative throughout the process.
Kudos to Edith for always answering calls and being communicative with the updates.
Dale was really helpful in answering our questions when we went to remove the belongings from the car.
Overall I know nobody wants to deal with an accident situation but if you have option to choose this business, do not think twice!

“We were very happy with the assistance we were given at Triple J. My husband was looking for a camper shell for his Nissan Titan (which can be challenging to find) and luckily Triple J had one. The guy was so nice that he actually sent us pics of the shell before driving down to purchase. He had it cleaned and ready and even installed it for us, which was wonderful.
