Not open on Saturdays. :( No outside ATM. Downtown is very busy on the weekends as a lot of people are off of work and yet they are not open?...

On the website it said they were open from nine to two Saturday. They should let people know that they weren't open cause if the holiday. I walked all the way there and the posted saying the brach is close. Chase bank is funny like this.

Chaee has definitely gone downhill since they first opened bank branches. They should go back to credit cards. You literally have to deal with everything online, and when ou want to dispute something they ask to to fax or mail them documents. What a backwards way to run a business.
