Many customers find the people professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly, making them feel welcome. However, one long-term customer expressed disappointment regarding a promotion. Overall, it is described as a fantastic place with a helpful and personable office team that goes above and beyond.
I was checked in quickly and effortlessly and the storage locker was clean. Getting in and out of the facility is seamless.

They are very helpful at the front desk. Was able to show me two good size units. The units were very clean and the facility has great security measures. I really enjoyed the customer service. It made me feel like this move was a blessing. Surrounded by so many helpful and welcoming people.
