“Trying to rid myself of boxes of old tax records I called Advanced Data Storage (ADS) and was greeted with friendly customer service. The charge for shredding 8 banker boxes is $35 which I found very fair because shredding is a timely process. I transported the boxes on Wednesday and Thursday of this week and each time I was greeted and assisted with great customer service. I highly recommend this very professional and friendly service!”

“So far I've had no negative experiences with this company, however I'm not in total agreement with having to post my payments online now rather than phoning in to make my payments because I now live more than 200 miles away and thus I cannot travel every month to make payments in person and will not send payments via mail because mail services aren't trustworthy. I don't like giving my personal banking info online. I wish I could make payments by phone again.”

“I was nervous and didn't know what to expect when going to Darryl storage when I asked them if I could see the different sizes, he showed us one unit that had a demonstration of the different sizes and then of course my next question is how much and to my surprise it wasn't expensive at all. So then I went ahead and rented a storage unit. “For my big rig drivers you, enter through the first gate, you park somewhere where you’re not in the way, you go to the office you hand your paperwork then you drive around the building. The docks are kind of slanted side sideways. It’s pretty easy to back in. Make sure to slide your tandems back. then they offload you. It took about 30 mins to get offloaded. Easy place. Plus everyone was so friendly.”
