Hoffmann Hospice Home provides outstanding and wonderful care. The facility is beautiful inside and out, like a five-star hotel, sitting on property full of private gathering areas. The staff is completely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professionally trained to care for both patients and their families. They provide sincere, selfless, and loving support through every stage. The health aides, LVNs, RNs, doctors, and administration team are all described as beautiful people and amazing. Specially trained volunteers offer friendly visits and caregiver support. The staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of the loved one and the family, taking very mild steps to manage care and ensure comfort. They make the difficult transition easier and nicer. The home allows patients to spend important time in a comforting environment. The organization also offers great grief counseling groups and workshops free of cost. From the initial meeting to the final moments, the care is tremendous. Hoffmann Hospice Home is highly recommended for its compassionate and outstanding service, changing perceptions about hospice care through education and absolute dedication.
The staff was very caring and supportive during a difficult time. The facility is well cared for, inside and out. We appreciate everything HHH did for us.
