It is SO frustrating when it feels like we are the only person in the entire store!! Just LOST!! These two need a RAISE!! :)”

Not once, but twice during my visit, Henny proactively approached me to ask if I needed help. Each time, he not only pointed me in the right direction but also accompanied me to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
Henny’s attentiveness, knowledge of the store layout, and genuine willingness to assist were truly commendable. It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer service today, and Henny's efforts made a significant difference in my day. Most of my purchases is gardening related and one of the most sweetest, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and super professional sales person I’ve ever seen is Lupe, she will never verbally tell you or point her finger to tell you “it’s over there” rather she will walk with you to show you the item you’re asking for
Also last week when I went for curbside pickup Irwin approached me as soon as I parked at the designated parking and helped me with my pick up super fast

“Typically understaffed. This morning there was sufficient staff. I bought a bunch of wood and it was cut to size, within a reasonable amount of time by a friendly employee. (I assembled sideboards in the parking lot for the first job on my latest dumpster. Next step, paint)”

Most of the help is pretty good.
I wish things were organized more for the efficiency of the customer experience,rather than wandering around looking for something that would intuitively be grouped with like things, but has been, for the stores interest, buried with tiki torches and bird seed.”
“I love Homedepot, but let me tell you, Lowes has a lot of selections of items the Homedepot doesn't.
For instance. Lowes has some really great grills and smokers way nicer than Homedepot.
