Hotels
The Hyatt Place Bakersfield offers a mixed experience for guests. The hotel is generally well-maintained, with spacious and clean rooms, a great location, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the free hot breakfast, parking, and the 24-hour gym and small pool. However, some guests have encountered issues with noise, particularly from other guests and their pets. One reviewer reported being unable to sleep due to barking dogs in a neighboring room, while another mentioned the street-facing rooms being very noisy at night. The front desk staff is praised for their excellent service and professionalism, with one guest describing a particularly helpful and friendly interaction. The cleaning team and housekeepers also receive positive feedback for their attentiveness. Overall, the Hyatt Place Bakersfield seems to provide a comfortable and modern stay, with a few potential drawbacks related to noise and pet-related disturbances. The hotel's strengths, such as cleanliness, amenities, and staff, make it a suitable option for both business and leisure travelers in the Bakersfield area.
