“Love the people there and Love there Service...in and out within less then 3 or 4 mins depends on how many packages you have to take in. They always Greet you when u walk in the door and always Thanked you when you leave the store. I only go to this location and this location ONLY.”
“I've never had a bad experience. On Saturday, Tania at the Stockdale Highway store went out of her way to help me get my package into the store. She even smiled and thanked me. Customer service from this employee was great!”
“Good convenient location for residents in the area to ship out Amazon returns and such. Also, the employees are fast and efficient.
Just one caveat. I had a winery send two boxes of wine to this ups store as I wasn’t going to be home to sign for package.
Apparently the store charges $10/box to have items shipped to them for pick up. This was definitely a surprise. I ended up paying $20 to get my two boxes.
I did a quick research and it appears ups stores generally charge a few dollars (saw various posting ranging anywhere from a couple to 5 dollars) when boxes are shipped to them directly. But I still thought 10 per box was excessive.
My advice, don’t have anything shipped directly to this ups store.”
“Excellent customer service from a well trained staff!!! She tried to redeem UPS from a past incident that was beyond UPS control. However, she reassured a safe delivery by double checking the physical address, redoing the label, as well as signature of delivery and tracking logistics.”
“From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we experienced exceptional service. We were greeted enthusiastically and helped fairly quickly. Rochelle went above and beyond, you can tell she loves her job. She was extremely helpful and patient as well since we were having cellphone service difficulties. She had such an amazing attitude and she made the experience very enjoyable with her humor. We don’t live near this location, but she made me want to return indefinitely for any future UPS needs. If you see this, thank you Rochelle, you are amazing! And she deserves a raise!!!!!”

“on 4/15 both of the employees that helped me had great customer service very polite and friendly when I first arrived she was alone but still was happy and willing to help me I had just got turn away from another ups because she was alone so I was happy she was able to help she started my process then her coworker came and he finished it up this store was 20 min away from me compared to the previous one that was only 4 min away definitely worth the drive to get great costumer service”
“Assistant manager Ashlyn and Wendy was a great help and went up and beyond to help me with my Amazon returns. I had over 20 package for returns, which was very confusing, but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very kind. Amazon returns with different lables
and boxing make it really hard, but the staff at this UPS location, make it seem very easy. Thank you for all the help.”

“I went in there for passport photos and was very impressed and how friendly the two ladies that were working the counter. I asked one just to review my application that I was going to mail in in I didn't have an appointment for that but I had an appointment for my pictures but she did so anyways. Make sure you give yourself enough time especially if there's construction that was my problem I left at 11:00 a.m. thinking it was going to be enough time but then there was construction and I was possibly 5 minutes 7 minutes late but they still took me for my appointment I really appreciated that”
