“From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we experienced exceptional service. We were greeted enthusiastically and helped fairly quickly. Rochelle went above and beyond, you can tell she loves her job. She was extremely helpful and patient as well since we were having cellphone service difficulties. She had such an amazing attitude and she made the experience very enjoyable with her humor. We don’t live near this location, but she made me want to return indefinitely for any future UPS needs. If you see this, thank you Rochelle, you are amazing! And she deserves a raise!!!!!”

“Staff is always kind at this location, but I want to commend the employee who opened on 11/4/25 by herself. There was already a line waiting before 8AM and she calmly and efficiently helped everyone in a timely manner!
I felt terrible for placing a large print order when she was by herself, but she did not show even a bit of annoyance and made EVERY effort to accommodate my request. I urgently needed a large quantity of documents copied and stapled because another vendor dropped the ball on my order after delaying it for a week. I was desperate to receive just a few copies before leaving to meet with out of town clients today and she absolutely SAVED the day and let me take a few copies to go in less than 5 minutes time while helping a never-ending line of other customers.
Regrettably, I did not catch her name in the stressful frenzy I was in this morning, but PLEASE tell her a huge thank you and please get this girl some help in the AM! It cannot be easy to manage all that on her own right at store opening!”
“on 4/15 both of the employees that helped me had great customer service very polite and friendly when I first arrived she was alone but still was happy and willing to help me I had just got turn away from another ups because she was alone so I was happy she was able to help she started my process then her coworker came and he finished it up this store was 20 min away from me compared to the previous one that was only 4 min away definitely worth the drive to get great costumer service”

“I went in there for passport photos and was very impressed and how friendly the two ladies that were working the counter. I asked one just to review my application that I was going to mail in in I didn't have an appointment for that but I had an appointment for my pictures but she did so anyways. Make sure you give yourself enough time especially if there's construction that was my problem I left at 11:00 a.m. thinking it was going to be enough time but then there was construction and I was possibly 5 minutes 7 minutes late but they still took me for my appointment I really appreciated that”
