It's a post office. The passport office is iffy. Expect to pay USPS pricing to send packages and it's not cheap but the post office personal is pleasant

Staff is kind, helpful, and patient. Last time I went it was really busy but that did not affect the staff's positive attitude and they treated each person with care.

Both of the ladies that were working when I went in were VERYYY friendly and patient. Wish I would've gotten their names but they deserve a raise! Lol
