“I was in Bakersfield for a business meeting and stumbled upon this place in a little plaza. As soon as I entered the restaurant /grocery store I saw isles of cleanly stacked food items with the kitchen on one side. I ordered samosa for an appetizer and saag & baigan bhartha with garlic naan. Their samosas are out of this world and remind me of a famous sweet shop in Amritsar that I used to visit as a kid. The baigan bhartha was smoked to perfection and the naan were fresh. The saag however was made from authentic Punjabi recipe and lacked the flavors that go in making saag one of the best dishes of northern India. Overall experience was good and the staff was very courteous.”

“I love country club not only for their vast selection of craft beer/ alcohol, but their deli! I am completely obsessed with the Italian sandwich. Just have to ask for light condiments because it gets messy. Good bread and fresh deli meats/ cheeses. This is always a top contender with City Sandwich, my other fave. Nothing fancy about it but it doesn't have to be!!”

“Update: We're now using the Mt Vernon location. Have been for 2 years. They're much better than other location. There have been some issues, but nothing like before. The worst issues are running out of meds upon occasion. That's hard because you should never cold turkey anything, even mild meds. In those cases, I just transferred to Costco.”

“I love this Albertsons. The employees here always go above and beyond and never appear inconvenienced by customers. Safer and friendlier than any Walmart I’ve ever been to. Manager even gave me their shipment dates and when they stock shelves so I can go in as soon as the baby formula is stocked. I don’t remember the managers name but he has worked with this company for 20+ years and even worked with my mom before she retired about 15 years ago.”

“First off let me say I'm not a big fan of superior, but I haven't been in since they recently remodeled the store so I went in to check it out. I can't deny that it was nice but not a big change from the previous layout. But I will tell you this I received A+, 100%, top-notch service deli from an employee named Jennifer, I went in there last minute to get some of their delicious Fried Chicken and they have already started putting product away and cleaning. She went out of her way to take care of me even though she had already put away and cleaned the product half of that meat and my kids say "THANK YOU" If there is a manager, supervisor, or HR rep reading this that works with Superior grocers... that girl needs a raise company vehicle and corner office. She's the only reason I'll be coming back THANK YOU JEN!”

“I don't usually do reviews for stores like this because how is one Rite-Aid different from another? I am reviewing solely on my experience getting a booster shot. The Rite-Aid website makes it very easy to schedule an appointment, I tried other drugstores (which shall remain nameless) but the Rite Aid seemed to have the easiest system. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The parking lot and store look clean and attractive. The employees acknowledged me when I walked in, seemed friendly and helpful. The area where I went back and actually got jabbed was neat and well-lit. The phlebotomist was efficient and answered all my questions. Overall a good experience. Thank you Rite Aid!”

“I had went in for my medication, usually I go to CVS but they did me dirty last time. Anyways I decided to go out of my way to come to this Walgreens location and the young man Marco really made everything so easy for me and he's the reason I'll be switching to Walgreens permanently, hopefully the young man is there again. Need more people like him in this world.”
