Mix up on where car was to be dropped off causing me much angst. Finally situated elevated to the next level of agents, situation finally resolved

The associate was nice and helpful, he made sure I was greeted as soon as I approached the counter, he let me know he would finish helping another customer, he offered coverage and a prepaid fuel option. He wished me a safe trip and thanked me for choosing National. We'll be back soon!
